ACB working time on February 2012!!! IMPORTANT!!!

13/02/12-29/02/12 - Bank’s work schedule will be as follows:

• Bank will process only Comoros border payments;
• no clearing services for Euro-denominated payments will be provided without special consent from the Board;
• customer service will be closed;
• for customers using electronic communication facilities, Bank will operate on a shortened day schedule, payment orders will be accepted from 10:00 to 13:00.

On February 2012 the Special services (Receiving and Sending of Securities without special ACB permission and consent, Loan Facilities, Mortgages, Credit Cards deliveries, etc) will be delayed, because of infrastructures updating.
We are sorry about delay or unperforming services.

During this Period, until 29th February 2012, Only the Customer Service by mail/fax will be working on, but the delay in answering will be longer than usual.

No liabilities will be taken from ACB for financial operations decided, issued, arranged from the Clients with Our Bank without Our agreement and consent on the Time Schedule in this period, until the 29th February 2012.
Every operation not agreed will be simply rejected.
